Smoky Maple Pulled Pork Rub

- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
