Nutty Smoky Tofu Salad Infused with Irresistible Flavors

- 8 ounces firm tofu, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups lettuce, torn
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons almonds, chopped
- Olive oil (for grilling)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the tofu slices and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Grill the tofu for 3-4 minutes on each side until grill marks appear. Set aside.
