Sous Vide Shrimp & Quinoa Power Bowl
ingredients
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for sautéing

Sous vide shrimp following Joul instructions.
- 2.
Cook quinoa in a rice cooker with 2 cups of water.
- 3.
Sauté broccoli, mushrooms, and green peppers until tender.
- 4.
Divide quinoa, veggies, and shrimp into two bowls.
- 5.
Season with salt and pepper.
- 6.
Cool, then freeze for quick meals.
