- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free butter
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 3 tbsp gluten-free flour
- 2 cups dairy-free milk
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the dairy-free butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in dairy-free milk until dough forms.
