ingredients
- 3 lbs honey
- 1 gallon water
- Zest of 3 oranges
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 10 cloves
- 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 packet wine yeast
steps

In a large pot, heat water and honey until dissolved.

Add orange zest, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat, cool to room temperature.
- 4.
Transfer to a sanitized fermenting vessel, add yeast.
- 5.
Ferment for 4-6 weeks, then bottle and age for 6 months.
