Spicy Beef and Potato Skillet

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy.
