A zesty and flavorful dish featuring tender swai fish fillets marinated in a tangy citrus and spicy chili glaze. Perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner that packs a punch of flavor.
ingredients
- 4 swai fish fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish

In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Place swai fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove fillets from marinade and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
