Smoky Chicken Garlic Stir Fry
ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken is cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Stir in bell peppers, onion, and snap peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender.
- 4.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and honey. Pour over chicken and veggies, stir to combine.
- 5.
Serve hot over cooked rice.
