ingredients
- 4 lbs honey
- 1 gallon water
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 packet wine yeast

In a large pot, combine water and honey. Heat until honey is dissolved.

Add ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon sticks. Simmer for 30 minutes.
