Spicy Sesame Ginger Fried Rice

- 4 Chinese sausages, sliced
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 cups leftover white rice
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (optional)
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and cook the Chinese sausages until browned. Remove and set aside.
