- 8 oz ramen noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp red miso paste
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp pure sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tamari (low-sodium soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup crispy onions (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sambal (optional, for extra heat)

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the sesame oil. Cook ginger and garlic until fragrant.

In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, red miso paste, tamari, brown sugar, sriracha, and sambal (if using).
