- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 lb chicken tenders or seafood or vegetables
- Vegetable oil for frying
