Spicy Whopper Explosion

- 4 Angus beef patties (1/4 lb each)
- 4 sesame seed buns
- 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup of jalapeño chips
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup of chipotle sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season each Angus beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides.

Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty to melt.

Toast the sesame seed buns until lightly golden.

Spread a generous amount of chipotle sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
