Tender beef with roasted vegetables and creamy polenta in a savory Italian sauce.
ingredients
- 1 lb beef chuck roast, cubed
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup polenta
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Season beef with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place in Suvie protein pan.
- 2.
Toss peppers and tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in Suvie vegetable pan.
- 3.
In a separate pan, combine polenta, beef broth, and Parmesan cheese. Place in Suvie starch pan.
- 4.
Mix tomato paste with a little water and pour over beef in protein pan.
- 5.
Load all pans into Suvie and input settings: Beef - 1 hour, Vegetables - 30 minutes, Starch - 1 hour.
- 6.
Once cooked, sear beef in a skillet for a crispy finish.
- 7.
Serve beef over creamy polenta with roasted vegetables on the side.
