- 1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 package phyllo dough (16 oz)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, walnuts, pistachios, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
