- 57 g shortening
- 57 g vegetable oil
- 7 g active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 1 g cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
- 1 g nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
- 3 g salt (1/2 tsp)
- 240 ml warm water (110°F)
- Optional: icing for drizzling

In a large mixing bowl, combine bread flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
