Tangy Chicken Noodles Bowl
ingredients
- 8 oz Chinese noodles
- 1 cup pre-made Korean popcorn chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil (vegetable or sesame)
- 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
steps
- 1.
Cook the Chinese noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and ketchup until well combined.
- 3.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the pre-made popcorn chicken and cook until warmed through and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- 4.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well, allowing it to caramelize slightly for 2-3 minutes.
- 5.
Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet with the chicken and sauce, mixing thoroughly to coat the noodles evenly.
- 6.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- 7.
Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onion and sesame seeds, if desired.
