- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Zest and juice of 2 lemons
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (omit if following strict AIP)
