Tangy Tofu Capsicum Stir Fry

ingredients
- 100g diced tofu
- ½ cup chopped capsicum
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- 10-15 cucumber juliennes
- 10-15 carrot juliennes
- ¼ cup papaya
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp crushed garlic
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste

Heat olive oil in a pan and add crushed garlic. Cook for a minute until fragrant.
