ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
steps

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- 3.
Push the garlic and onion to the side and pour in the beaten eggs, scramble until cooked.

Add crab meat, peas, soy sauce, fish sauce, and curry powder, stir well.
- 5.
Mix in the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps.
- 6.
Season with salt and pepper, stir in green onions.
- 7.
Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
