Satisfying and flavorful fried rice made with crispy tofu, mixed vegetables, and savory soy sauce. A healthy twist on a classic favorite!
ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and corn)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
steps

Cut tofu into small cubes and fry in a pan until crispy. Set aside.

In the same pan, stir-fry garlic and mixed vegetables until tender.

Add cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix in fried tofu cubes and cook until heated through.
- 5.
Serve hot with chopped green onions on top.
