Tropical Heat Burger

- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 2 habanero peppers, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 4 burger buns
- 1 medium-sized ripe mango, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lettuce, tomato, and red onion for garnish

In a bowl, combine the ground beef and chopped habanero peppers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and form into four equal-sized burger patties.

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.

While the burgers cook, prepare the cilantro lime mayo by combining the mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, and lime juice in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
