- 1 gallon fresh apple cider
- 1 cup Monarch's Choice Wildflower Honey
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1/2 cup passion fruit juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon yeast nutrient
- 1 packet champagne yeast
- 1 orange, sliced (for garnish)
- Ice cubes (for serving)

In a large sanitized fermenter, combine the apple cider and Monarch's Choice Wildflower Honey, stirring gently until the honey is fully dissolved.
