- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 homemade flatbreads
