- 8 oz udon noodles
- 2 cups leftover roast chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional, for heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and cilantro for garnish
