ingredients
- 6 lbs Pale Malt
- 1 lb Flaked Corn
- 1 lb Corn Sugar
- 1 oz Cluster Hops
- 1 packet American Ale Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Irish Moss
- 5 oz Priming Sugar

Mash pale malt and corn at 152°F for 60 minutes.
- 2.
Boil wort, adding hops and Irish Moss.
- 3.
Cool wort, transfer to fermenter, add yeast.
- 4.
Ferment at 68°F for 2 weeks, then bottle.
- 5.
Age 2 weeks, chill, and enjoy!
