Wholesome Medley Grain Bowl

This colorful and hearty grain bowl is a fusion of wholesome ingredients, combining orzo, red lentils, udon noodles, and an array of canned goods like chickpeas and tomato soup. - 1 cup orzo
- 1 cup red lentils
- 2 packs of udon noodles
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 can baked beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin (ground)
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup grilled peppers, chopped
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook according to package instructions (approximately 8-10 minutes).

In a separate saucepan, combine the lentils with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.

Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic granules, smoked paprika, and cumin, stirring for about 30 seconds.

Add the cooked lentils, baked beans, chickpeas, grilled peppers, and cream of tomato soup to the skillet. Stir well to combine and heat through. Season with mixed herbs, salt, and pepper.

Combine the orzo and udon noodles in the skillet with the lentil mixture, tossing gently. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
