Zaatar Chocolate Baklava Bites

- 1 package of phyllo dough (16 oz)
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground zaatar
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix the chopped walnuts, pistachios, cocoa powder, brown sugar, zaatar, and cinnamon.

Unroll the phyllo dough and cut it into 12 squares, about 6x6 inches each.

Brush a muffin tin with melted butter and place a square of phyllo in each cup, overlapping edges.

Brush additional melted butter between each layer for flakiness. Repeat with 3 layers of phyllo per cup.

Add a tablespoon of the nut mixture into each phyllo cup, pressing down gently.

Add a few dark chocolate chips on top of the nut mixture.

Layer another phyllo square on top, brushing with butter again. Repeat for each cup.
