Zesty Cauliflower Mash with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli

- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- 4 tablespoons butter

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.

Meanwhile, peel and dice the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
