Zesty Citrus Salmon with Crunchy Almond Topping

- 4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 8 oz whole grain pasta
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 8 oz green beans, trimmed
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 carrots, julienned

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle minced garlic, lime juice, and cayenne pepper evenly over the fillets.

In a small bowl, mix sliced almonds with a dash of cayenne pepper. Gently press the almond mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
