Spicy Garlic Turkey Skillet
ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the cooked turkey from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add cooked quinoa, bell pepper, and zucchini. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add the cooked turkey back to the skillet and mix well.

Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Divide the mixture into four meal prep containers. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve hot or refrigerate for a healthy cold meal prep option.
