Tender goat meat in a rich, savory tomato-based stew with traditional African spices.

- 2 lbs goat meat, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups water
