Zucchini and Strawberry Chickpea Slice

- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- ½ cup almond meal
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.

In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, chopped strawberries, chickpea flour, almond meal, eggs, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the slice is firm and golden on the edges.
